データの削除について

アプリ「妖怪おにごっこ」(開発者: Tsubasa Ichiba / Alaffiti)に保存されたデータとアカウントは、次の方法で削除できます。

1. アプリの設定から削除する

アプリの「設定」→「データを削除」→「削除する」を選ぶと、サーバーに保存されたゲームの記録(プレイヤー名、実績、ブロックした相手の一覧など)と、アカウント(Apple / Google と連携している場合はその連携を含みます)が削除されます。

端末内に保存されたゲームの設定は、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。

2. メールで削除を依頼する

Apple または Google のアカウントと連携していて、アプリから操作できない場合は、alaffiti@gmail.com まで、件名を「妖怪おにごっこ データ削除の依頼」としてご連絡ください。ご本人の確認のため、連携したアカウントのメールアドレスを伺います。

連携していない匿名のアカウントは、当方がご本人を確認できないため、アプリ内の操作でのみ削除できます。

3. 削除後も残るデータ

  • 通報に関する記録(安全に遊べる環境の維持に必要な期間)
  • 購入の記録(会計および不正防止に必要な期間)
  • 個人を特定しない利用状況・不具合の統計

    Data Deletion

    You can delete the data and account stored by the app "Yokai Tag" (developer: Tsubasa Ichiba / Alaffiti) in the following ways.

    1. Delete from the app settings

    In the app, open Settings → "Delete data" → "Delete". This deletes the game records stored on our servers (player name, achievements, block list, etc.) and your account (including the Apple / Google link, if any).

    Game settings stored on the device are removed when you uninstall the app.

    2. Request deletion by email

    If your account is linked to Apple or Google and you cannot use the in-app option, email alaffiti@gmail.com with the subject "Yokai Tag data deletion request". To verify your identity, we will ask for the email address of the linked account.

    An anonymous account that is not linked can only be deleted from within the app, because we have no way to verify that it is yours.

    3. Data that remains after deletion

  • Report records (for as long as needed to keep the game safe)
  • Purchase records (for as long as needed for accounting and fraud prevention)
  • Aggregated usage and crash statistics that do not identify you
