SpoMemo stores and processes personal data you provide to us to deliver our services. It's your responsibility to secure your device and avoid tampering with its operating system (e.g., rooting or jailbreaking), which may compromise security or app functionality.

Subscriptions
SpoMemo offers optional subscription-based features. Subscriptions are billed via your app store account (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play) and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions via your app store settings. SpoMemo does not directly collect or store any payment data.
Subscription prices, durations, and available features are displayed clearly within the app.
You should be aware that Tsubasa Ichiba cannot take responsibility for functionality if you lack internet access or your device is not functioning correctly. If you’re using the app outside Wi-Fi, mobile provider charges may apply. We assume you have consent from the device's bill payer.
Tsubasa Ichiba is not responsible for loss resulting from reliance on third-party content or outdated information within the app.
The app may be updated at any time. You agree to accept updates. If we terminate the app, you must stop using it and delete it from your device.
